Here at framesandfashion.com , our top priority is customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it for full refund within 30 days. Please note that we thoroughly inspect the product prior to issuing the refund. We do not issue refund for used items including the case, cleaning cloth, papers, and the frame itself.
You are responsible to securely pack the product insuring that it is not going to get damaged while in  transit. You may want to insure the item as we are not responsible for lost , stolen , or misdirect packages.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. If after thoroughly inspecting the item, we find out that the item is used or has scratched, we will return it to you . You are responsible for shipping fees to return a used product back to you.

If your product is brand new, we will issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
